Services
Flying Vertex Studio provides 3D architectural visualization, interior rendering, exterior rendering, walkthrough animations, and other design-related services. All services are delivered digitally and customized to client requirements.
Payments & Pricing
- All prices are quoted based on the project scope and complexity.
- Mutually agreed payment terms are applicable before commencement.
- The remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery (unless otherwise discussed).
Turnaround Time
- Project timelines are discussed before starting the work.
- Delay in client-side approvals or asset sharing may affect the final delivery timeline.
Revisions
- Number of revisions allowed is shared during the quotation phase.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed count may incur extra charges.
- Minor corrections are typically done free of cost.
Ownership & Usage Rights
- All 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visuals remain the property of Flying Vertex Studio until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the deliverables for personal, commercial, or marketing use.
- We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless a written NDA is signed.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Once the work has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
- If a project is cancelled midway due to client reasons, the advance paid is non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
Communication
- All official communication will be done via email, WhatsApp, or through agreed platforms like Zoom, Skype, or Telegram.
- Client must provide timely feedback to avoid delays.
Confidentiality
- All client information and project data is treated as confidential.
- If required, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed for sensitive projects.
Limitation of Liability
Flying Vertex Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We are also not liable for any delays caused due to third-party service providers (software, cloud platforms, etc.).
Modifications
Flying Vertex Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
